Pacific Software offers a wide range of courses for both developers and managers. While the majority of our courses focus on technical interests such as Object Oriented Software Development, Embedded/Real-Time Systems using Windows CE, Embedded XP, VxWorks, or Embedded Linux and, Pacific Software also provides training solutions for User Interfaces & Software Usability, Agile Project Management using Scrum and Organizational Agility.
With the exception of some of our Windows-related courses, all course materials are developed by Pacific Software's elite team of Senior Consultants, each of whom is an expert in his field.

About Software Developer Boot Camp:
The Software Developer Boot Camp is an extremely intensive 6+ month training program which transforms its participants into highly effective and productive software developers.
The express goal of this program is to enable participants to produce results as good, or better, than Computer Science graduates with 1+ years of experience.
The target audience for this workshop is graduates of leading Universities with a degree in the exact sciences who have an 85+ GPA and a 700+ score on their Psychometric exams.
Acceptance to this program is limited to candidates who successfully undergo a series of tests and interviews which are part of Pacific Software's screening process. While Pacific Software does not charge a monetary fee for participation in the program, candidates commit to at least 2 years of employment with Pacific Software.
The first stage of the training program is dedicated to teaching participants introductory software development fundamentals, at a level equal to or better than that of typical University Computer-Science curricula.
The remainder of the workshop is dedicated to a deeper understanding of the tools and mechanisms utilized by real-world Software Developers. Participants will gain experience with the most important technologies, methodologies and strategies employed in modern Software Development, as well as the critical issues that face real-world Software Projects. Participants learn what solutions work as well as what to avoid. They also learn how to properly analyze, design and implement solutions to unfamiliar problems. Furthermore, as work-place independence is a crucial real-world requirement, self-study subjects play an integral role in this Boot Camp.
After successfully completing the Boot Camp, participants are not only able to produce results as good, or better, than programmers with 1+ years experience, but have the tools and knowledge required to quickly learn and adapt new technologies
